连续三天打破自己

身体自己有感觉的。

跑到15分钟时报数2.9几公里,我就意识到今天很可能还会比昨天快一点点,于是后面就一直有意保持着匀速,有一点降速的感觉了就调整下呼吸,继续保持。全程都没有「超支」的感觉,控制得还蛮好。
